There is no doubt Jesus was a white guy? Or there is?.. And Santa Clause, it's a reality, he is  a white guy.
This is what was said on TV FOX NEWS by host MEGYN KELLY, who seems to guarantee all of the above. KELLY was responding to the remark of Aisha Harris who had written in SLATE that Santa Claus should Not Be A White Man Anymore.

There is no doubt: this is a clear proof that intercultural consulting is vital.
Jesus was as white as a Middle Eastern man could be - as comedian Jon Stewart puts it, Jesus would probably be on a no flight list. And the same with Santa: he is St. Nicholas, a man originally from Patara, currently a Turkey territory.
Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is the capability of an individual, business, team or organization, to function optimally in multicultural environments: national, ethnic, generational and organizational.  CQ is a consistent predictor of performance and adjustment in multicultural settings. Everybody has a specific CQ, which can be assessed and enhanced.

AMERICAN & GERMAN PREDATORS: How Culture Influences What We See

Animals studied by Americans rush about frantically, with an incredible display of hustle and pep, and at last achieve the desired result by chance. Animals observed by Germans sit still and think, and at last evolve the solution out of their inner consciousness.
The manner in which animals learn has been much studied in recent years, with a great deal of patient observation and experiment. [...]
One may say broadly that all the animals that have been carefully observed have behaved so as to confirm the philosophy in which the observer believed before his observations began.

Bertrand Russel, Outline of Philosophy, 1927 (in G. Hofstede, Culture and Organizations: Software of the Mind).
Did you ever watch a wild life documentary made by a different culture, in a different language?
Do you believe that your culture of origin influences the way you observe and describe the world around you? Please comment and engage in a multicultural dialog!
